PET HEALTH CARE/SERVICE PROVIDER ONBOARDING AGREEMENT
By applying for and being granted access to the My Pet Needs platform and its associated technologies such as mobile app (the “Platform”) by EDM Product Technologies OPC (the “Corporation”), (name of Pet Health Care/Service Provider) (the “Service Provider”) acknowledges and unconditionally agrees to the following:
- All the information stated in the platform onboarding application submitted by the Service Provider are true, accurate and in its most current form. The Service Provider further acknowledges that the Corporation is relying on such information in making a decision as to its application to be onboarded as a Service Provider on, and given access to the Platform.
- The Service Provider has read, fully understands and agrees to be bound with the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice posted in the Platform and all amendments thereto.
- The Service Provide shall ensure the quality of the products and services it will be offering on the Platform. It will not offer products that are counterfeit, smuggled or has not passed the required government inspection or licensing, or poses a danger or risk to the health and safety of pets and their owners, or of such inferior quality as to harm or prejudice the reputation of the Corporation or the Platform.
- The Service Provider will upload accurate pictures or representation of the products or services it will be offering on the Platform, and shall post all relevant information on such products and services, including price, so as to assist those engaging with them in making informed decisions when purchasing or availing of such products or services.
